G-SPIRIT VENTURES

Powering Dreams

Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to G-Spirit Ventures ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our loan, capital, partnership, careers (job board), and travel and logistics support services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before applying for any of our products or opportunities.

Key Points
  • Loans, capital requests, and partnership opportunities are each subject to eligibility review
  • Loan applicants may be required to provide collateral and verification documents
  • Capital applications may require business documentation, revenue data, and due diligence
  • Partnerships are subject to separate review, negotiation, and agreed responsibilities
  • First-time borrowers: maximum loan amount of 500,000 XAF
  • Platform charge: 10% per month
  • Processing fee: 10% upfront
  • Late payment penalty: 5% per day
  • Careers: listings and applications do not guarantee an interview or job, and you should never pay anyone who promises you a job
  • Travel: an enquiry is not a visa decision, booking, or funding approval, and any fees are discussed with you before you commit

2. Eligibility

To apply for a loan, capital request, or partnership opportunity with G-Spirit Ventures, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Be a citizen or legal resident of Cameroon
  • Have a valid government-issued ID
  • Provide proof of residence (utility bill, rent receipt, etc.)
  • Have a verifiable source of income, business activity, or financial history relevant to the request
  • Provide any required documentation for collateral, business records, or partnership credentials
  • Have an active mobile money account (MTN or Orange) or bank account

For capital and partnership services, we may also require business plans, operational records, financial projections, registration documents, or other verification material to assess viability and risk.

Job seekers, employers posting openings, and travel enquirers are subject to the separate requirements in Sections 8 and 9. The collateral, platform charge, repayment, and default terms in Sections 3 to 6 apply to loans only.

3. Loan Terms

3.1 Platform Charge

All loans carry a fixed platform charge of 10% per month, calculated on the principal amount for the duration of the loan.

3.2 Processing Fee

A one-time processing fee of 10% of the loan amount is deducted upfront, before funds are disbursed.

3.3 Repayment

Loans must be repaid by the agreed date. Repaying early is encouraged and carries no penalty — if you settle a loan ahead of schedule, the platform charge is only applied for the period the funds were actually in use.

Loan Amount (XAF) Processing Fee (10%) Monthly Platform Charge (10%) Total Repayment (1 month)
50,000 5,000 5,000 55,000
100,000 10,000 10,000 110,000
500,000 50,000 50,000 550,000
1,000,000 100,000 100,000 1,100,000

3.4 First-Time Borrower Limit

Applicants borrowing from G-Spirit Ventures for the first time may request a maximum loan amount of 500,000 XAF. This limit applies regardless of income, collateral, or other qualifying factors. Once a first loan has been fully and successfully repaid, a borrower may become eligible to request higher amounts on subsequent applications, at our discretion.

4. Collateral Requirements

Every loan requires physical collateral that our team can verify in person. We accept:

  • Land titles — must be registered and free of any disputes
  • Vehicle registration papers — cars, motorcycles, or trucks in good condition
  • Business equipment — machinery, electronics, or tools, valued based on condition
  • Property deeds — houses or commercial properties
  • Other valuable assets — high-value electronics, appliances, or inventory

Collateral must be worth at least 1.5 times the loan amount. A physical inspection is carried out before any loan is approved.

5. Late Payments and Default

5.1 Late Payment Penalty

A 5% daily penalty applies to any outstanding balance not repaid by the due date. This penalty continues to accrue until the full amount is settled.

5.2 Grace Period

A 3-day grace period follows the due date, during which no extra penalties apply. We encourage borrowers to reach out during this window to discuss extension options.

5.3 Default

If a loan remains unpaid 15 days past its due date, it is considered in default. In this case:

  • Your collateral may be seized and sold to recover the debt
  • Legal action may be taken to recover the outstanding amount
  • Your information may be shared with credit bureaus
  • Collection costs may be added to your balance

6. Loan Extension and Restructuring

If you expect trouble repaying on time, contact us before the due date. Depending on your situation, we may offer:

  • Extension — extending your loan term, with an adjusted platform charge
  • Partial payment — paying part now and extending the remainder
  • Restructuring — a new payment plan tailored to your circumstances

Extension fees may apply — reach out to discuss what works for you.

7. Application Process

  1. Submit Application — complete the online form with accurate information for the service requested, including loans, capital, or partnership opportunities
  2. Document Verification — provide your ID, proof of residence, business records, and any collateral or partnership documents required
  3. Assessment and Inspection — our team may contact you for interviews, financial reviews, collateral inspection, or business due diligence
  4. Approval — once verified, expect a decision within 24 hours or as otherwise communicated
  5. Disbursement or Execution — approved funds are sent to your mobile money or bank account, and approved partnership arrangements are formalized through agreed documents

Careers and travel services follow the simpler processes described in Sections 8 and 9.

8. Careers and Job Board

8.1 Our Role

Our careers section lets employers share openings, lets job seekers register their interest on our talent map, and lets candidates submit applications. We connect the two sides. Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, G-Spirit Ventures is not the employer, and any employment terms (pay, duties, contract, start date) are agreed directly between you and the employer.

8.2 Job Seekers

  • You must be of legal working age (at least 18) and provide accurate, complete information
  • Applying or joining the talent map does not guarantee an interview, job offer, or any particular terms
  • By registering or applying, you agree that we may use your details to review your application, match you to opportunities, and contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email
  • Where you apply for a specific listing, or agree to be matched with an opportunity, we may share relevant details with the employer concerned
  • If you list a professional reference, you confirm that the person agrees to be contacted
  • We do not charge candidates to browse listings, register their interest, or apply

8.3 Employers and People Posting Openings

When you post an opening, you confirm that you are authorised to share it, that it is genuine, and that the role details and terms are accurate. You agree that you will not:

  • Ask candidates to pay any fee to apply, be interviewed, or secure a role
  • Ask candidates for passwords, verification codes, or financial account details
  • Post misleading, unlawful, or discriminatory listings, or listings for work that is unlawful or unsafe
  • Use applicant information for any purpose other than considering them for your opening, or share it without their consent

Listings are published to the job board when submitted, and their content (title, company, location, role description, requirements, and any salary range) is visible to anyone who visits the site. The contact details you provide are used by us for follow-up and are not displayed on the listing. We may edit, decline, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion, including where we receive complaints or cannot verify it.

8.4 No Guarantee of Verification

We do not guarantee that every listing or candidate has been independently verified. Candidates should carry out their own checks on an employer before sharing sensitive information, and employers should verify a candidate's qualifications and references before making an offer. Never pay anyone who promises you a job.

9. Travel and Logistics Support

9.1 Nature of the Service

Our travel and logistics support is a consultancy service offering practical guidance on business, study, family, and cargo-related travel. Submitting a travel enquiry starts a conversation with our team. It is not a visa application or decision, a ticket or accommodation booking, or an approval of funding. We are not an embassy, consulate, airline, or immigration authority, and we cannot guarantee that any visa, permit, or travel arrangement will be approved or available.

9.2 Information You Share

Please do not include passport numbers, financial account details, or other sensitive information in the enquiry form. If documents are needed, we will tell you which ones and how to send them. You agree to provide accurate details about your trip and travellers.

9.3 Fees and Commitment

Sending an enquiry creates no obligation for you or for us. Any fees, eligibility requirements, and service availability will be discussed with you and agreed before you commit to any service. If you ask about financing a trip, any loan is subject to Sections 2 to 6 and to our full loan approval process.

9.4 Third Parties and Your Responsibilities

  • Embassies, airlines, carriers, schools, agents, and other third parties set their own rules, fees, and decisions, which are outside our control
  • You are responsible for holding valid travel documents and for complying with the laws and entry requirements of every country you depart from, pass through, or travel to
  • For cargo and logistics support, you must not ask us to handle goods that are illegal, restricted, or misdeclared

10. Accuracy of Information

By submitting an application, job listing, or enquiry, you confirm that everything you've provided is accurate and complete. Submitting false or misleading information may lead to:

  • Immediate rejection of your application
  • Termination of any active loans or services
  • Removal of your job listing or talent-map profile
  • Legal action for fraud
  • Permanent exclusion from our services

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to:

  • The collection and storage of your personal data
  • Verification of your information with relevant third parties
  • Being contacted by phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Your information being shared with trusted service partners where necessary to deliver our services
  • For careers, relevant application details being shared with an employer where you have applied for their role or agreed to be matched with it

12. Communication

By applying for any of our services, including loans, capital requests, partnership opportunities, job applications, talent-map registrations, or travel enquiries, you agree to receive communications from us via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, and email — including service updates, review notices, payment reminders, follow-up requests, opportunity matches, enquiry responses, and occasional promotional offers where relevant.

13. Limitation of Liability

G-Spirit Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use (or inability to use) our services, delays in processing or disbursement, inaccurate information you've supplied, or the actions or omissions of third parties, including employers, job seekers, airlines, carriers, embassies, and other partners. We are not responsible for the content of job listings posted by others, for hiring decisions, or for visa, travel, or booking outcomes. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount of the loan provided (for loans) or the fees you have paid us for the specific service concerned (for all other services).

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted on our website. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cameroon.
